Installation

Installation Manual

The Georgian Cabin Sauna comes in a kit form for easy assembly. The sauna features dovetail corners, making it straightforward to assemble while providing a sturdy and long-lasting structure. Follow these steps for a successful installation:

1. Prepare the Foundation: Ensure the ground is level before installation. Suitable bases include concrete pads, wood decks, or paver stones.
2. Assemble the Walls and Roof: Use the provided instructions to assemble the walls and secure the black metal shingle roof.
3. Install the Benches and Porch: The benches are tiered and can be installed on the left or right side as per your preference.
4. Install Heater and Accessories: Depending on your choice of heating (electric or wood-burning), follow the appropriate guidelines for installing the heater and venting.
5. Final Inspection: Check that all components, including windows and benches, are securely in place. Ensure that the sauna is level and ready for use.

Warranty

LeisureCraft offers a 3-year warranty on the Georgian Cabin Sauna, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. This warranty excludes damage due to natural weather conditions, wear and tear, and improper use. Regular maintenance, such as tightening the bands and cleaning, is required to keep the warranty in effect. The warranty covers parts only, and service or labor costs are not included.

Delivery, Unloading, and Change of Address Policy

Unloading Crates
Customers are responsible for unloading their crate from the delivery truck. For crates 92” or shorter, they will fit on a liftgate, and the truck driver will assist in lowering it to the ground. However, for crates longer than 92”, a liftgate will not be available, and customers will need to:

1. Arrange equipment to unload the crate,
   
   
2. Use a trailer and pick up the crate at the delivery terminal, or
   
   
3. Rent a tilt tow truck and pick up the crate from the delivery terminal.
   
   

If none of these options are possible, Dundalk will arrange for a tilt tow truck at a cost of $750, added to the customer’s account.

Change of Ship-to Address

• Changes to the ship-to address before the order leaves the factory will be processed free of charge.
  
  
• If the address is changed after the order has shipped, a $250 fee will apply.
  
  

Storage Charges
If delivery is delayed due to customer-related issues (e.g., failure to arrange unloading or respond to the shipping company), and storage fees accrue at the local delivery terminal, these fees will be added to the customer’s account.

Order Changes & Returns Policy

Order Cancelation Policy

• Cancelations can be made up to 14 days from order entry without penalty.
  
  
• After 14 days, a $65 cancelation fee will apply.
  
  
• Within 7 days of the ship date, cancelations are not allowed.

• Changes made within 14 days of order entry are free of charge.
  
  
• After 14 days, a $65 change fee applies for modifications such as adding/removing products or options, changing the ship-to address, etc.
  
  
• Changes within 7 days of the ship date are not allowed.
  
  

Return Policy

• Returns are not accepted.
  
  
• In cases where a return is permitted, a 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs will apply. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
