Installation Requirements:

Plumbing Requirements:
The tub comes with hot and cold braided supply hoses with ½ inch national pipe thread. Hot and cold shutoff valves (not included) should be installed before setup.

Electrical Requirements:
Requires one dedicated 10-2 electrical line for the water pump (110V, 30 Amp GFCI breaker).

Drainage System:
Includes a flexible drain hose, designed specifically for connection to a floor drain.

Assembly:
The tub must be leveled in its final resting position, ensuring all feet are touching the ground. An access panel is recommended for easy servicing.

Warranty Information

The Lexi Free-Standing Whirlpool Bathtub comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation or misuse. It is recommended to check all fittings and fixtures for tightness after transportation.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will immediately contact our suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and ready for shipment.

Backorder/Unavailable Items: If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email.
In-Stock Items: If your item is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges to your credit card and submit your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Free Shipping Policy:

Free Shipping: Orders over $2,000 (or the equivalent of €2,000) qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Cost for Smaller Orders: Orders under $2,000 (or €500) will incur a shipping freight charge of $500 (or equivalent).
