The Granby Cabin Sauna by Dundalk LeisureCraft, part of the Canadian Timber Collection, is a compact and efficient sauna designed to comfortably accommodate 2 to 3 people. Crafted from Eastern White Cedar, the Granby features 1.5-inch thick walls and roof boards, which provide excellent insulation and heat retention. Granby Sauna Installation Manual
The Granby Cabin Sauna arrives as a kit, ready for easy assembly. Here are key points for setup:
- Placement: Ensure a level surface, preferably on a concrete or gravel foundation, for stability and drainage.
- Assembly Guide: Follow the detailed assembly manual included in the package for step-by-step instructions.
- Heater Installation: For electric heater models, it’s recommended to have a licensed electrician handle the installation.
Warranty
The Canadian Timber Collection saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for three (3) years from the date of purchase. This warranty includes parts only and does not cover labor or service costs. Exclusions include:
- Regular wear and tear
- Damage due to weather or environmental conditions
- Misuse, negligence, or lack of proper maintenance as outlined in the assembly manual
Delivery, Unloading, and Change of Address Policy
Unloading Crates
Customers are responsible for unloading their crate from the delivery truck. For crates 92” or shorter, they will fit on a liftgate, and the truck driver will assist in lowering it to the ground. However, for crates longer than 92”, a liftgate will not be available, and customers will need to:

Arrange equipment to unload the crate,

Use a trailer and pick up the crate at the delivery terminal, or
-
Rent a tilt tow truck and pick up the crate from the delivery terminal.
If none of these options are possible, Dundalk will arrange for a tilt tow truck at a cost of $750, added to the customer’s account.
Change of Ship-to Address

Changes to the ship-to address before the order leaves the factory will be processed free of charge.

If the address is changed after the order has shipped, a $250 fee will apply.
Storage Charges
If delivery is delayed due to customer-related issues (e.g., failure to arrange unloading or respond to the shipping company), and storage fees accrue at the local delivery terminal, these fees will be added to the customer’s account.

In cases where a return is permitted, a 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs will apply. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will immediately contact our suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and ready for shipment.
- Backorder/Unavailable Items: If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email.
- In-Stock Items: If your item is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges to your credit card and submit your order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Free Shipping Policy:
- Free Shipping: Orders over $2,000 (or the equivalent of €2,000) qualify for free shipping.
- Shipping Cost for Smaller Orders: Orders under $2,000 (or €500) will incur a shipping freight charge of $500 (or equivalent).
