Installation Requirements:

Plumbing Requirements:
The unit includes hot and cold braided ½ inch water supply hoses with ½ inch national pipe thread. Hot and cold shutoffs should be installed before setup.

Electrical Requirements:
Requires one dedicated 12-2 electrical line for steam (220V, 20 Amp GFCI breaker).

Steam Generator:
The 3.5 kW steam generator is self-draining and equipped with an aromatherapy cup.

Assembly:
The unit is delivered in panels and should be assembled inside the bathroom. An access panel is recommended for ease of service. The shower base should be set in mortar for leveling.

Warranty Information:

The Jupiter Steam Shower includes a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation or misuse. It is recommended to check all fittings and fixtures for tightness, as they may become loose during transportation.

Backorder/Unavailable Items: If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email.
In-Stock Items: If your item is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges to your credit card and submit your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Free Shipping Policy:

Free Shipping: Orders over $2,000 (or the equivalent of €2,000) qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Cost for Smaller Orders: Orders under $2,000 (or €500) will incur a shipping freight charge of $500 (or equivalent).
