Installation and Warranty

Universe Plus Installation Manual

Units are delivered in panels and assembled with screws, nuts, and bolts on site.
The assembly should take place inside the bathroom for convenience.
Access to the control panel and jets is recommended for future maintenance.
The base should be leveled in its final position before assembly starts, with all feet touching the ground.
Warranty: Lifetime warranty on the UPC Certified Thermostatic/Anti-scald faucet.

General Information:

All fixtures and fittings should be checked for tightness, as they may loosen during transportation.
The flexible drain hose included is for installation into a floor drain only. Modifications to the drain system will not void the warranty, provided there is no damage to the base.

Electrical Information:

1 dedicated 12-2 wire with a 20-amp GFCI breaker.

Plumbing Requirements:

The unit includes hot and cold metal braided water supply hoses with ½ inch national pipe thread fittings.
Hot and cold shutoffs with ½ inch male NPT should be installed (not included).

Free Shipping: Orders over $2,000 (or the equivalent of €2,000) qualify for free shipping.
