Installation Requirements

Plumbing Requirements:
The tub comes equipped with hot and cold braided supply hoses with ½ inch national pipe threads. Hot and cold shutoff valves (not included) should be installed prior to setup.
Electrical Requirements:
Requires one dedicated 10-2 electrical line for the water pump (110V, 30 Amp GFCI breaker).
Drainage System:
The unit includes a flexible drain hose designed for connection to a floor drain.
Assembly:
The tub should be leveled in its final position with all feet touching the ground. It is recommended to have an access panel for maintenance and service.

Warranty Information

The Chelsea Massage Bathtub includes a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation or misuse. It is recommended to check all fittings and fixtures for tightness, as they may become loose during transportation.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Free Shipping Policy:

Free Shipping: Orders over $2,000 (or the equivalent of €2,000) qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Cost for Smaller Orders: Orders under $2,000 (or €500) will incur a shipping freight charge of $500 (or equivalent).
